第二季也完全没让我失望!S2E2 talks about Indian food and is titled “curry.” However, there is no such thing as curry to the Indians. It is a word invented and popularized by British colonizers, and came to be seen by the Westerners as the representative of Indian food when in fact the cuisine is far more diverse and delicate than just a pot of veggie or protein floating in some nondescript orange or brown or red sauce. To be accepted by the mainstream, minority ethnic groups are almost apologetic for the authenticity of their food.
